Our neighborhood magazines are at least 32 pages of full color showcasing the neighborhoods residents, their families, their friends, their lives.
HOA Publications delivers a bi-monthly magazine to the largest communities, featuring informative and inspiring community information and a comprehensive guide to quality local businesses. From important community updates and calendar of events, to featured pets, neighbor spotlight, real estate updates, home improvement ideas and safety tips. It is direct mailed to every resident and placed in the community club houses, recreation centers, model home sales offices and more.
HOA Publications provides a Licensee with a turnkey system that incorporates product and market development, as well as training and support. This allows a dedicated individual to launch a neighborhood magazine equipped with the knowledge and tools to control the success of his or her business.

They work closely with the residents and community association and they strategically integrate the magazine into the neighborhood by forming alliances with the community leaders, residents, attend the neighborhood events and other related community functions. It is being the voice for the community and the desire to deliver a product that markets the wonderful lifestyle of the neighborhood.

Regardless of experience, Licensees are success-oriented individuals dedicated to producing a publication that consistently delivers performing advertising for the advertiser, preferred and relevant content to the reader. All of this adds up to an exciting opportunity.

HOA Publications offers a complete training and field-support network for Licensees from the home office in Mesa, Arizona through market development specialists and regional sales managers throughout North America. This system is designed to launch the neighborhood magazine successfully, and our commitment continues long after the first edition is published.
Training activities include a comprehensive market survey, which familiarizes the Licensee with the current community and any competing newsletters or publications. A training manual is provided to prepare an Licensee for the three day comprehensive training in our corporate office in Arizona. Following training, Licensee's receive in-field assistance for distribution, sales and production of the first publication, as well as ongoing customer support.
